What this axis answers
Proposed — not yet in the database. A deprecated question. This column used to mix three different ideas — which campaign kind a piece belonged to, what business program it served, and what job the piece did — and the ruling split them apart. Campaign kinds (product campaign, brand campaign, feature campaign) are facts about the campaign grouping, never labels on a piece. The business program now lives on the marketing-intent field. The job of the piece lives on the content-role field. The column is kept alive only to feed routing and the intent derivation until the migration lands; nothing new should be written against it, and its values are not a browsing vocabulary.
